Helpdesk Engg (Multiple Vacancies)
Knowledge of working on call logging tools and service delivery parameters
Good proficiency in working on Email in terms of mail reponse and receipt
Well versed with MSoffice tools
Any Graduate with two years of experience of handling technical helpdesk

Network / Security / Server Admin (Multiple Vacancies)
Candidate should be B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma / B.Sc - Any Computers with 4+ years of relevant experience

Field Engineers (Desktop Engg) (Multiple Vacancies)
Operating System & Hardware maintenance, OS patch updating, office suites, outlook troubleshooting/config, PST backup, mailclient setup, Software installation / reinstallation / fixes, Troubleshooting LAN /cabling /network related problems, Antivirus patch updates, version update as per policy etc
Must be a 3 year diploma holder from a government institute with 2+ years of work experience.
